Official Rules & Regulations

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Boho Beauty, located at 5210 Town Center Boulevard, Suite 113, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092. Phone: (770) 865-9654.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of Georgia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Boho Beauty and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on the date of announcement and ends on June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. All entries must be received by this deadline to be eligible.

4. Prizes

The following Boho Beauty gift cards will be awarded:

Gift cards are valid only at Boho Beauty, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and do not expire. Gift cards are non-transferable.

5. How to Enter

No purchase necessary to enter or win. There are multiple ways to earn entries:

Entry limits:

  • Newsletter subscription: One (1) entry per person/email address
  • Instagram follow: One (1) entry per person (must be following at time of drawing)
  • Booking a service: Two (2) entries per completed appointment during the giveaway period
  • Google review: Three (3) entries per person (one review only)
  • Referrals: Ten (10) entries per successful referral (no limit on referrals)

Referral entries are awarded after the referred client completes their first service at Boho Beauty. The referrer must be identified at the time of booking.

6. Drawing & Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on June 30, 2026. The drawing will be conducted LIVE on Instagram at @bohobeautyga. The exact time will be announced on Instagram prior to the drawing.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be announced during the live drawing and notified via email within 48 hours. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. General Conditions

  • Void where prohibited by law.
  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries.
  • Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.
  • By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's privacy practices. Email addresses collected for newsletter signup will be used to send periodic updates, promotions, and hair care tips. You may unsubscribe at any time.
