Expert tips from Emily to keep your hair looking salon-fresh
Use sulfate-free shampoo, wash with lukewarm water, and limit washing to 2-3 times per week. Apply a color-safe mask weekly, and avoid chlorine and excessive sun exposure. Touch-ups every 12-16 weeks keep it fresh.
Blondes, use purple shampoo 1-2 times per week to combat brassiness. Leave it on for 2-3 minutes (longer for more toning). Don't overdo it — too much can leave a purple tint!
Always use heat protectant before styling. Keep flat irons under 380°F for fine hair, under 410°F for medium hair. Let your hair air-dry 80% before blow-drying to minimize damage.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to book, which goes toward your service total. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or no-show, the deposit is forfeited. Life happens — just give me a heads up!
